The Türkiye Greenhouse Gas Monitoring Platform is developed to support data-driven decision making in the fight against climate change. Our platform allows you to analyze Türkiye's greenhouse gas emissions by sector and track changes over time.
This platform is designed for researchers, policymakers, NGOs, and citizens interested in environmental issues. Our goal is to present complex emission data in understandable and interactive charts, contributing to the development of climate policies.
All greenhouse gas emission data used on the platform is obtained from the National Emission Inventory reports prepared by the Ministry of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change of Türkiye under the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC).
Energy sector data is compiled from the Turkey National Energy Balance Tables published by the Ministry of Energy and Natural Resources.
